Having young children makes it difficult to be a part of Church small groups and bible studies, but worry no more, Acorn Bible Study is for you! Your children will be looked after by the Acorn Team as you have a bible study, teaching and fellowship. Most people who come find themselves saying TGIM... Thank God It's Monday!

Acorn

Acorn is an open, public pre-school (bumps to 4 years) group that meets weekly during term time in the Haven Hall at Gorsley Chapel for families and carers.

Time:  10:15 - 11:45 on Thursday mornings.

Price:  Just £1 per group.

Activities:  Each week there are themed crafts, snack time, song time and open free play on toddler toys, push alongs, slides and soft blocks as well as dressing up clothes and 'quiet' space for 'reading' books and colouring.  At Acorn parties we also frequently play with the bouncy castle and inflatable tunnel toys.  In good weather we also play outside with water and sand play.

Acorn is an active, relaxed, friendly and flexible environment for you and the children you care for and we encourage you to attend throughout the morning as your routine, or little treasures, allow...

Facilities:  As well as baby changing facilities, we have a baby and nursing mother's corner.  We can also help with warming baby food and milk if you need.  At Acorn we also serve refreshments for adults throughout the morning as well as having frequent guest stalls for cards, hand bags, children's clothes, even beauty treatments and much more...
